This is a great benefit when trying to cram for an exam or when you want to ensure that what you learned this semester will stick with you for longer that a couple of months. It’s also great for teachers who need a little extra boost to give their students the best information possible.

Working out has been proven to increase concentration and focus. By improving these, you have a better chance of actively participating in class while retaining the information you have just learned.
