Welcome To Zephyr. We Can’t Wait To Meet You.

New to the studio? We’re so glad you’re here. Please don’t hesitate to be in touch with us with any questions at all by emailing or calling us at 406-404-1663 anytime.

We get it. Trying a new workout can be intimidating and overwhelming. But we’re here to help.

Zephyr is a wellness studio that cares deeply about the wellbeing of everyone who walks through our doors. We want our people – including you – to feel seen, supported, and alive. From the minute you walk in our doors, we’ll remind you time and again that you’re never alone – we’re here to support you whether it’s your 1st class or your 1,000th.

New clients & guests of current clients: Arrive early!

New clients must arrive to the studio no later than 10 minutes before class time. If you arrive less than 10 minutes before class, we reserve the right to book you into another class at a different time. Getting properly set up on the bike is one of the most important parts of your Zephyr experience, and it’s crucial that we’re able to take the time to help you do so before class begins. Thank you!

Reserve your spot in advance.

Clients must reserve their spot in class at least 10 minutes in advance and our late cancel window is 12 hours, so thank you in advance for planning ahead and committing to class. As a community full of people who consider one another, we also ask that you reserve space in one class per day so that as many riders can get their Zephyr on as possible.

Check in – in person and on your phone.

We encourage you to check yourself in using the Zephyr app once you reach the studio. Please also verbally give your name to the front desk when you arrive.

Street shoe free zone.

We require that you leave your street shoes in the lobby before heading in for class.

Cycling shoe rentals for $3.

We require indoor-only clip-in shoes. If you don’t have clip-in shoes, you can rent a pair for $3 from the studio when you arrive.

The nitty gritty: cancellation policies.

Our cancellation window is 12 hours, and cancellation fees for those on memberships is $15 for a late cancel and $20 for a no show, so please plan ahead accordingly to avoid a loss of a class credit or a fee.

Give yourself time – and space.

Plan to arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before class begins. Conversely, give yourself enough time to get to class – no late entry for new riders once a class begins.

Don’t forget your water bottle! We have a water fountain for use for all your refilling needs. We do sell water for $2, as well.
