Did you know that riding a bike inside for 45-60 minutes a few times a week, in addition to intentionally designed strength training, can allow you to go further and feel better during your outdoor summer adventures and races? Not only that, but personalized nutrition to fuel your movement underpins every hike, run, bike ride or climb. And let’s not forget about mindset and accountability. Honing mental tools to keep you moving and having a community to hold you accountable for the work can make all the difference between signing up for a race and actually crossing the finish line.

We thought so, and we’ve got you. We’re so thrilled to announce Zephyr’s Mountain Movement Summer Series

This series will run for three months, from June 10 – September 13 (just in time for the Rut!), and will include 4 Mountain Movement-specific classes each week (two spin and two Evolve), to which you’ll have priority and early booking access. Cycling classes will focus on heavy resistance, hill climbs, and intervals with a few quick cadences mixed in to benefit leg turnover speed, and Evolve classes focus on balance, stability and full-body strength (with plenty of core movements) to complement the cardiovascular endurance you’ll be building both inside and out.

In addition, each MM series package will include a 1:1 personalized nutrition session with Josh Gallatin, certified nutritional therapist owner of Body Well Made.

We’ll also form small accountability groups between series participants with whom you can plan hikes, talk through mindset hurdles, and generally receive community support as you move through your summer. And, we’ll have a list of suggested weekend/after work hikes if you need ’em so that you can seamlessly hit the trails anytime and on your schedule.
