Kara originally hails from Tennessee and you may hear a ~bit~ of her accent come out while she’s motivating you in class! (i.e. Y’all! Mercy!! Fixin to!) She is the Pediatric Pharmacist at the hospital and thinks kiddos are the bravest (& best) patients! <3 While not at the studio, Kara enjoys spending time with friends and fam, chillin with Arthur (her rescue pup) going to concerts, hiking, reading, eating, knitting, watching New Girl on loop, obsessing over Harry Styles and is still acclimating to Bozeman winters! 😛 Kara loves to laugh and hopes you spark a positive mind/body connection EVERY time you clip into the bike- just like Zephyr has done for her.
